Seller's Description:

Amazing Spider-Man #20 1965 from Marvel Comics by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.
Featuring the first appearance of The Scorpion.

Grade: VG

Nice complete issue, bright color and good gloss, some corner blunting, light edge wear, some spine stress, light surface wear, supple off-white to cream pages, all pages intact and attached. A few (4) pages have a 1" vertical tear from the bottom up that don't and won't affect the grade. They are very close to the gutter and don't affect the content/illustration work in any way. I wrote PGX (the comic grading company) and they said "The tears probably wouldn't affect the grade of the book unless it was a higher grade book, 8.5 or higher, especially if the tears are production related."
