Listing News:

While at the Dallas Comic-con...

Check the prices for

• Marvel Comics Silver Surfer #1
• Marvel Comics Fantastic Four #48

Why?
Because I just found an Ad on craigslist for those very comic books,
and both for only $180.00.

They are located just right down the highway (114) from the Dallas Comic-Con, in The Colony!

Here is the...

Seller's Description:

Silver Age Stan Lee Comics - $90 (The Colony )

Perfect Items for Tomorrows comic con at a GREAT price.

Fantastic Four #48 (first appearance of Silver Surfer)
Silver Surfer #1

I bought these comics to get signed myself but can no longer go. My loss is your gain. I bought each issue for about 150 on eBay and asking for 100 for FF #48 and 90 for SS #1
price is NOT firmly set. best offer gets these comics.

I will take 180 for both. Believe me its a great deal. when I got them graded at my local comic book store (Madness in Plano) they even said I under paid and you'll be getting them for cheaper than what I paid.

These titles could easily triple with the autograph. Stan Lee being 88 these titles will surely rocket (with autograph that is) "naturally" in 5 yrs or so.

act fast. you need these by tomorrow.

if you need more pics or info please feel free to contact me.

Marvel Comics Fantastic Four #1

How much is an Marvel Comics Fantastic Four #1 worth?

Well let's find out. CBL has found this Marvel Comics Fantastic Four #1 at Auction on eBay and noted that it is drawing Lots of attention. This copy has NOT been graded, and in deed the seller says;

Seller's Description:

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL!!! NOT A REPRINT!

This auction is for Fantastic Four #1 from Marvel comics (1961). This is very first issue in the series. The Fantastic Four are considered the first Marvel superhero group ever! This is all of their first appearances! I don't know much about grading comics, but there are no rips, tears, missing pages or cutouts. There is a tiny piece missing from the bottom/left of the front cover. There are 2 names written on the front cover. The pages are off-whiteish I would say. Please look at the pictures to judge for yourself. It's a really nice Fantastic Four comic book! Thanks

450 Comic Books For Sale $95

The Comic Book Listings Blog: Found 450 Comic Books For Sale on craigslist

"x-men, x-factor, TNMT, captain america, superman, spiderman, and tons of other random stuff" Seller does not mention "why" he is selling his comic books, only that he wants to "get rid of this stuff NOWWW".

This comic book deal is for all our Upper West Side New York patrons as this is a "Cash and Carry Only" deal. Which, I usually don't blog about Cash and Carry listings, but 450 Comic Books for sale for Only $95 Bucks? Yeah, I'm gonna blog about it.

Looking at the pictures the seller posted on his craigslist listing, there doesn't "appear" to anything wrong with these comics, except maybe that they are not "all" in standard Long boxes. However, this can be somewhat forgiven as

1. "Who Cares?"
2. they "seem" to all be Bagged and Boarded

3. "the price more than makes up for the sin"
4. many are SILVER AGE comic books

That's right! Silver Age! Unfortunately the seller did "not" publish a Complete List of the comic books being offered, so that is definitely something to be aware of. Although, I don't think the seller is going to take the time to list them all, and probably won't have to as just his collection of Fantastic Four(s) is worth FAR more than any $95 bucks. In fact, this is one of those finds that, whoever gets there first, will just Grab'em and RUN!!!

But here, check it for yourself.

Seller's Description:

UTOTAL COMICS UP FOR GRABS: about 450 total comics for $95. The one big white box is full of nothing but fantastic four Volume 1 comics (numbers listed below). The other 2 boxes are full of random stuff, x-men, x-factor, TNMT, captain america, superman, spiderman, and tons of other random stuff.

$95 , CASH AND CARRY ONLY, and I am not splitting this lot up, its all or nothing. I just want to get rid of this stuff NOWWW
