Ok, so after my last post of a Comic Book Store for sale on craigslist, AND after That Listing Expired after only a Short time. I decided to find;
Another Comic Book Store for sale!
This time it's a little bit different as there are No Pics, and the sale is being handled by a Business Broker.
But don't let that deter you as that only creates options and opportunities in dealing with the seller that you might not otherwise have. For instance, a "broker" does Not get paid until the sale closes. (i know cause i "use to" be one). So you can count on the fact that the broker will Try to get the seller to take "whatever" offer you present. Of course, he will also Try to get You to offer as much as he can get you to offer, as that's how he gets paid is through a commission of the selling price. It a game of negotiations for sure. But if you know how the game is played, you can often times deal yourself the best hand.

CBL NOTE: The seller's reason for selling is "Relocation". It would be a good idea to find out "why" seller is relocating, as that might be something you could use in your negotiations. I mean, if the seller's spouse has Already relocated, then i would to think that the seller would want to sell ASAP! But of course, that's just My Opinion and, well, as i said, i don't broker anymore. nuff said, and Good Luck!
Oh and, you might take note that there is, seller financing. Which may indicate that the seller doesn't really Need the money, and might be willing to Drastically reduce their selling price for CASH On The Barrow Head.
