Can Kid Costumes Inspire Adults To Dress Up Too?

Most children love dressing up in superhero costumes for Halloween and themed parties, but why should they have all the fun wearing costumes?

Anyone with children realizes the ample opportunities for party going, dress up and make believe. Throw in superhero kids costumes to enhance the experience and you're sure to always have willing participants for the fun and mayhem of any moment.

But why should they get all of joy of dressing up in costumes and making believe they are someone or something else? Sure, when we grow up we "learn" that make believe usually doesn't pay the bills and allow us to provide for ourselves and our families. But aren’t we missing out on the same good times and fun for ourselves?

Adults that had these experiences as  kids may secretly be harboring the desire to get back into character one more time. And with the amazing costumes available today, this is easier done than said.

Undoubtedly, Batman is one of the greatest movie and comic-book characters of all time. The legacy of this dude has already endured for more than 70 years, which is an achievement in itself, and he shows no signs of declining in coolness as time goes on. He’s also, in a sense, the superhero of all superheroes. Why? Because other than being awesome, he doesn’t actually have any powers. How many superheroes can say THAT?

Even though we’re pretty far from Halloween at the moment, I can think of a myriad of reasons why a Batman costume could come in handy all year round:

1. It’s perfect for catching the eye of that cute girl you sometimes run into. In fact, it’s basically guaranteed that it’ll make her do at least a double- and possibly a triple-take.
2. The only thing standing in the way of you becoming a real-life superhero is a great costume.
3. Got a black car? I know just how you could make it look cooler . . .
4. Skip hours—nay, probably years—at the gym and get ripped simply by slipping on the sleek bodysuit.
5. Census takers really want to see something interesting when they knock on doors.
