Lone Ranger, Roy Rogers Golden Age Comics For Sale!

Comic Book Listings Blog, the Hand-Picked Comic Book Classifieds!

Found:

Golden Age Comics For Sale on craigslist!

Six (6) Lone Ranger Comics
Six (6) Roy Rogers Comics

Professionally Framed
in Museum Anti-Fade Glass!

This, my friends. Is No Ordinary Collection!

Unfortunately, the seller failed to mention the "Issue Numbers", in the collection. Only that the "Comic Books are completely in tact". And that there are Six (6) Lone Ranger Comics, and Six (6) Roy Rogers Comics. And of course, that they have been "professionally framed in Museum Anti-Fade Glass".

Wow! What a trip, hu? I never even knew there was such a thing. Well, not for "Comic Books", anyway. Nevertheless, I figure. These comics must have been Very Special to someone. So that the fact that they are "for sale", would indicate some sort of "seller distress", and might be willing to negotiate.

Now, don't quote me on that. As I don't know the seller any more than you do. (Read my disclaimer below.) It's just that, I AM, a Bargain Hunter. And knowledge is power. And as economic times aren't so good right now. I figure, "seller distress" is a fairly safe assumption. Especially since, the seller's "Asking" price. Seems to me, to be just about the cost of the frame. I could be wrong. But hey, that's up to you to find out as all I do is Search, Find, and Blog About, Comic Book Listings!

Having said all that. Here is the...

Seller's Description:
Six original Circa 1950's Lone Ranger Comic Books professionally framed with Museum Anti-Fade Glass. Comic Books are completely in tact. Six original Circa 1950's Roy Rogers Comic Books prfessionally framed in Museum Anti-Fade Glass. Comic Books were purchased from original owner in Cushing, OK, via estate sale. Asking 600.00 for each framed set or 1,000.00 for both.
